Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail operations in Cape Town. The successful candidate will lead our digital marketing strategy, enhance user experience, and optimize sales performance across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage digital marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition.
• Utilize analytics tools to track sales performance and customer engagement.
• Develop user-friendly website layouts and product descriptions.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative promotional ideas.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Ensure all online content is engaging and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Digital Marketing
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of e-commerce management experience.

Technical Skills

• Digital Marketing Tools (SEO, PPC)
• Content Management Systems (CMS)
