Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer based in Durban, you'll be responsible for analyzing and improving industrial processes. Your analytical skills will be vital in identifying areas for enhancement and designing systems that maximize efficiency and productivity while minimizing waste.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Work in tandem with design teams to refine existing systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production inefficiencies.
• Prepare and present project findings and recommendations.
• Implement cost-effective improvements without sacrificing quality.
• Engage with suppliers and vendors to streamline operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in an industrial engineering role with a focus on process improvement
