Job Description

As a UX Research Consultant, you'll be pivotal in shaping our products through user insights and testing methodologies. Your expertise will directly influence the design and development of intuitive user interfaces, ensuring that our applications meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contextual inquiries and field studies to gather in-depth insights.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform design decisions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• Analyze competitor products to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and present compelling reports on user insights to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of user-centered design within the organization.
• Collaborate with customer support to understand user pain points.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development in UX research.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or Psychology
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX research
