The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
• Conduct risk management analysis to minimize project risks.
• Develop project schedules and manage timelines effectively.
• Provide leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding staff.
• Ensure project compliance with regulations and standards.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Evaluate project performance and report on outcomes.
• Identify areas for improvement in project processes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• Agile Certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in project management roles with leadership experience

Technical Skills

• Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Risk management tools

Soft Skills

• Strategic thinking
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
