ESL Program Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic ESL Program Coordinator to lead our language instruction teams in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing curriculum, overseeing teachers, and ensuring the linguistic and cultural needs of our students are met. Strong organizational skills and a passion for education are a must.

Responsibilities

• Craft and oversee curriculum aligned with language proficiency standards.
• Support teachers in instructional strategies and classroom management.
• Compile reports on student achievements and program statistics.
• Create community outreach initiatives to promote language learning.
• Foster a positive learning environment through effective leadership.
• Implement assessment tools to evaluate student learning outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or relevant field is preferred
• TESOL/TEFL certifications are required

Experience

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in an ESL educational setting
