Responsibilities

• Design and draft complete interior plans for various projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and lifestyle.
• Coordinate with tradespeople and vendors for project implementations.
• Conduct site visits to oversee progress and address any issues.
• Manage project schedules and resources effectively.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets for all projects.
• Stay updated on material trends and procurement strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with the design team.
• Document project specifications and updates for review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Fine Arts
• Postgraduate qualification in Interior Design or Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in upscale residential design

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software

Certifications

• National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ)

Languages

• English: Fluent
