Job Description

We are seeking skilled Paper Goods Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders who are motivated and eager to contribute to our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various paper converting machinery and the ability to ensure smooth production processes.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and maintain paper manufacturing machinery.
• Inspect machine outputs for uniformity and quality.
• Identify and rectify operational issues during production.
• Record production activities and maintain accurate logs.
• Keep work areas hazard-free and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Support the team in achieving production goals through effective collaboration.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Technical vocational training preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing settings, preferably in paper products

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
