Job Description

Looking for a strategic thinker and a hands-on Project Manager to lead projects in Cape Town. You will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, and risk management while mentoring team members. Your role will be pivotal in achieving project goals and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage multi-disciplinary project teams with clear roles.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for project success.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Ensure user requirements are managed and met.
  • Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
  • Create visual project timelines and progress reports.
  • Oversee the project's lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects of various sizes
