Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Machine Feeder and Offbearer to assist our needle punch machine operator. This role requires good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina, as the candidate will be responsible for feeding materials, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
• Assist in training new team members on operational processes.
• Keep records of machine functions and production metrics.
• Support management with reporting on production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience

• A willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Safety Standards: Knowledge of safety regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry.
