Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and driven Investment Banker to join our rapidly growing firm. You will manage client relationships, oversee financial transactions, and provide strategic recommendations. Previous experience in the investment banking sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities for clients.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client submissions.
• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and tailor services accordingly.
• Support senior bankers in negotiating and closing transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction progress.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on transaction documentation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Provide ongoing financial insights to clients post-transaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services
