Job Description

As a Pharmacist at ProPharm Holdings, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Your expertise will assist our patients in managing their health and wellbeing through comprehensive pharmaceutical services.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on medicines to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Supervise the preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Assess patient health needs and develop tailored medication plans.
• Participate in patient health initiatives and educational programs.
• Utilize clinical databases and resources to support patient care decisions.
• Contribute to the pharmacy's marketing and community outreach efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy are advantageous.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy or community pharmacy

• SACP Registered Pharmacist Certification
