Responsibilities

• Perform routine grooming tasks such as bathing, trimming, and ear cleaning.
• Ensure pets are comfortable and relaxed during grooming sessions.
• Educate pet owners on proper pet care and grooming maintenance.
• Update client records and grooming history for each pet.
• Collaborate with team members to improve grooming services.
• Stay informed about new products and grooming equipment.
• Set up and clean grooming tools and workstations.
• Maintain a strong rapport with repeat clients to encourage loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on grooming appointments.
• Report any unusual behavior or health issues of pets to the owner.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pet grooming
