Job Description

Join our vibrant team as an Accounts Clerk in Port Elizabeth! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and assisting with audits. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and a good grasp of accounting software.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial documentation for tax submissions.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Develop and implement efficient bookkeeping practices.
  • Provide training and support to junior clerks when needed.
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to enhance reporting systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Finance or related field
  • BCom in Accounting is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
