Job Description

This role as an Industrial Engineer involves optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will be responsible for analyzing workflows, implementing improvements, and ensuring product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, an understanding of Six Sigma methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate compliance with federal aerospace regulations.
• Contribute to the development of maintenance protocols.
• Implement feedback from client or pilot testing into designs.
• Coordinate with suppliers for component specifications.
• Assist in the development of training for operational processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of working experience in aerospace design and development

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Project Management Tools

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
