Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your role will involve understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring design consistency across platforms. You will play an integral part in enhancing product usability and implementing design best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
  • Translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions for innovative design solutions.
  • Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
  • Maintain communication with clients to understand their vision and feedback.
  • Optimize designs for various platforms including mobile and web.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Use analytics data to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve design issues.
  • Create presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Master's degree in Design or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design
