Fabrication Operator

Job Description

As a Fabrication Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out various fabrication tasks in line with quality and safety standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to operate various fabrication machinery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance.
• Monitor machine operations and report any irregularities.
• Engage in continuous learning about new fabrication technologies.
• Assist in creating efficient workflows and setups for fabrication tasks.
• Participate in quality control audits.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and health policies.
• Identify and recommend improvements to fabrication processes.
• Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional projects.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in fabrication technology is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a similar role within the fabrication industry is an advantage.
