Responsibilities

  • Monitor financial transactions related to patient care services.
  • Support the implementation of technology in healthcare administration.
  • Oversee health information management to ensure confidentiality.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions on operational procedures.
  • Assist in disaster recovery and emergency preparedness planning.
  • Maintain relationships with external healthcare partners and vendors.
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and implement improvements.
  • Ensure the facility's compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Evaluate and analyze operational data to drive decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Services
  • Master's degree preferred
