DevOps Infrastructure Lead

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive DevOps Infrastructure Lead who will oversee all aspects of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud computing and be skilled at implementing robust DevOps processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment and release processes for applications.
• Ensure cloud strategies align with business objectives.
• Advocate for cloud cost management strategies.
• Mentor teams on DevOps best practices and tools.
• Drive adoption of containerization technologies.
• Support compliance activities by configuring and maintaining appropriate controls.
• Conduct training sessions on new tools and technologies.
• Propose improvements for operational workflows and documentation.
• Lead initiatives to enhance collaboration across teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Master's degree in IT or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructures

Certifications

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of network protocols and security: Understanding of network security and protocols used in cloud environments.
