Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance.

  • Assist in creating a knowledge base for frequent inquiries.
  • Identify areas for process improvement to enhance client service.
  • Support other departments as required for system implementation and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
