Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through to final production.
• Develop mood and colour boards that capture the essence of upcoming collections.
• Collaborate with pattern makers to refine designs.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive aesthetic across all product lines.
• Assist in the development of brand identity and marketing strategies.
• Mentor new team members in design processes and skills.
• Work with the retail team to analyse sales performance and consumer feedback.
• Organize and participate in trend shows and exhibitions.
• Document and keep track of design-related expenses.
• Propose new ideas for marketing and promotional strategies based on designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Diploma in Fashion Design is beneficial

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
