Security Engineer

Job Description

As a Security Engineer, you will take charge of protecting our digital assets using the latest technologies. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, detecting, and responding to security breaches while enhancing our current systems. The successful candidate will need strong analytical skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's infrastructure.
• Investigate security incidents, analyse trends, and report findings to management.
• Stay up to date with the latest security technologies and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or external agencies during serious incidents.
• Support the creation and maintenance of an incident response plan.
• Perform security audits and compliance checks on all systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH) are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in security analysis or engineering
