Seeking an Internal Auditor to support our auditing initiatives in Johannesburg. This role involves performing audits, analyzing financial data, and making strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Document audit procedures and outcomes thoroughly.
• Identify and escalate any significant issues to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
• Provide guidance on risk management practices.
• Assist in the annual audit planning process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CIMA or SAICA qualifications preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in auditing or accounting roles
