Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Mechanic. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. Ideally, you have a strong background in mechanical systems and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain refrigeration systems in commercial settings.
• Evaluate malfunctioning units and carry out repairs.
• Replace malfunctioning parts with new components to restore functionality.
• Field service emergency calls and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance work.
• Ensure adherence to HVAC regulations and quality standards.
• Foster good client relationships through effective communication.
• Train and support new team members as required.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Trade certification in HVAC systems

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in HVAC services

Technical Skills

• Refrigeration Equipment Handling
• Heating Equipment Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Electrical training: Experience with basic electrical work and wiring for HVAC systems.
