Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical processes for sustainable production.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new manufacturing projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new product formulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process improvements.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Monitor production output to ensure product quality and safety.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Stay updated on advancements in chemical engineering technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the industry
