Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings with clients to gather requirements.
• Create visual presentations and mood boards for client approval.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Develop cost estimations for materials and labor.
• Coordinate with other design professionals, such as architects and builders.
• Review and approve detailed drawings before execution.
• Monitor and adjust project plans as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design related field
• Master's degree in Interior Design is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in residential and commercial design

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Graphic Design

• Client Relations
• Teamwork

Certifications

• National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ)
• Green Building Council Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
