We are looking for a skilled Network Cabler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing network cables and related equipment in various settings. A strong understanding of network systems and dedication to quality service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate network cables efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on installations to ensure performance.
• Diagnose and resolve network disruptions and maintenance needs.
• Assist in the implementation of network upgrades and expansions.
• Document all work performed and retain records for future reference.
• Engage in collaborative projects with team members to enhance system functionality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telecommunications.
• Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Foster positive client relationships through effective communication.
• Train junior technicians on best practices in installation and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Network Cabling or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in network cabling

Technical Skills

• Excellent technical knowledge of network cabling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with AutoCAD

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with fiber-optic cabling: Knowledge of installing and maintaining fiber-optic networks.
• Project management experience: Ability to manage small-scale projects and timelines effectively.
