Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• Certification in Agile methodologies is preferable

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Project
• Risk Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Agile Project Manager

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean Methodologies: Understanding of Lean principles to improve project efficiency.
• Experience in International Projects: Experience running projects that span multiple geographies will be an advantage.
