Responsibilities

• Assess financial performance through detailed analysis.
• Draft financial reports and present key findings.
• Participate in long-term financial planning and budgeting.
• Identify discrepancies in financial reports and resolve them.
• Generate reports for internal stakeholders and assist in strategic planning.
• Support the finance team in daily operations and projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
