E-commerce Specialist

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented E-commerce Specialist to elevate our online presence in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience and driving online sales.

Responsibilities

• Create targeted online marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website.
• Evaluate online marketing ROI and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Work with influencers and partners to promote our products.
• Provide customer support through online channels.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Perform A/B testing on website elements to improve user engagement.
• Manage social media accounts to enhance online presence.
• Ensure compliance with online retail regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Certification in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in online sales and marketing
