UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are in search of a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that enhance user experiences. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in shaping the way users interact with our products.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex ideas into user-friendly designs.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives through collaboration.
• Create user personas and journey maps to enhance the design process.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and define user needs.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• InVision
• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
