Job Description

The Clinical Research Coordinator will play a vital role in conducting clinical trials, involving coordination of research activities, subject recruitment, data management, and collaboration with principal investigators to enhance research efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of clinical trials.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents required for conducting studies.
• Recruit and screen participants for clinical trials, ensuring informed consent.
• Monitor trial progress and report findings to the Clinical Trial Manager.
• Maintain accurate study records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Facilitate data collection and analysis, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Provide training and support to site staff regarding research protocols.
• Assist with budget management and resource allocation for studies.
• Ensure participant safety and welfare throughout the trial process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research coordination
