We're looking for a dedicated Senior Civil Engineer to supervise and direct our engineering projects in Durban. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability across all initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and review engineering designs and models.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth.
• Oversee project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Utilize advanced software for project management and design simulations.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of safety and ethical professional standards on-site.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer registration is preferred

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering projects
