Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT support team in Johannesburg. As a crucial member of our team, you will provide top-tier support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless technology operation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for software and hardware problems.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of user accounts.
  • Educate users on available resources and tools for troubleshooting.
  • Track and analyze support trends to identify training needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the support team.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are advantageous
