Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be pivotal in optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize engineering principles to streamline operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Establish process documentation for all engineering initiatives.
• Lead innovation projects to improve the production system.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to enhance communication.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant qualification
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
