Responsibilities

• Lead and design clinical research studies to assess new medical protocols and therapies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather and analyze patient data.
• Prepare and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop research proposals and grant applications to secure funding.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and institutional policies in all research activities.
• Mentor junior researchers and interns, providing guidance on best practices and research methodologies.
• Engage in literature reviews to stay informed of advancements in the field and apply findings to ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is acceptable
• Additional certifications in clinical research are a plus
