Job Description

As a Retirement Planning Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their financial journeys, helping them to create personalized retirement plans that align with their goals and risk tolerance. Your expertise will be key in managing investments and ensuring that clients can retire comfortably.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the financial health of clients and identify gaps in their retirement planning.
  • Create tailored investment portfolios suited to clients' retirement timelines and risk appetites.
  • Stay updated with financial regulations, market conditions, and retirement planning strategies.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized advice.
  • Facilitate retirement planning workshops and seminars for potential clients.
  • Analyze investment performance and provide feedback to clients.
  • Convey complex financial concepts in an understandable manner to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or relevant field
  • A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in wealth management or retirement advice
