Job Description

Join our growing healthcare team as a Healthcare Administrator. Your responsibilities will include improving administrative processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a productive environment that enhances patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to enhance appointment scheduling efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive customer service environment.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to process payments.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed operational reports.
  • Assist with patient billing inquiries and insurance claims.
  • Evaluate and improve administrative workflows regularly.
  • Act as a liaison between management and healthcare providers.
  • Oversee compliance with patient privacy regulations.
  • Ensure timely communication between departments.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications in healthcare management are a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
