Job Description

We are seeking a Fleet Safety Coordinator to oversee the safety compliance and operational efficiency of our fleet in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting audits, and coordinating training programs for drivers. Your expertise will help ensure that our fleet operates within the legal and safety frameworks necessary for success.

Responsibilities

• Review and update safety policies and procedures as necessary.
• Conduct risk assessments for fleet operations.
• Engage with drivers to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
• Prepare and present safety briefing sessions for new drivers.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends in safety incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fleet safety.
• Ensure timely reporting and resolution of safety incidents.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Transport Management or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years in fleet safety management or related fields
