Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects within our organization. This role demands a proactive individual with a knack for organization and leadership. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to predefined timelines and budgets, ensuring quality deliverables and fostering team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project's budget, tracking expenses and ensuring fiscal discipline.
• Manage project changes and scope creep using established change management processes.
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and rectify project issues.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure project deliverables meet company expectations.
• Prepare final project reports and documentation upon completion of projects.
• Lead post-project reviews to gather insights and inform future projects.
• Train and mentor junior project staff to enhance collective capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Management is preferred
• Relevant certifications will be viewed favorably.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in project management roles
