Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead a variety of projects within our Durban office. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, execution, and delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project scopes based on client specifications.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project developments through regular updates.
• Address project issues and resolve conflicts among team members.
• Evaluate project performance post-delivery to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 6+ years of experience with a track record of successful project delivery

• Risk Management

• Negotiation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Construction Management: Experience or knowledge within the construction industry.
• Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
