Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead a variety of projects within our Durban office. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, execution, and delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Generate regular reports for stakeholders on project status and milestones.
• Ensure quality standards and deliverables meet company expectations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 6+ years of experience with a track record of successful project delivery

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean and Agile frameworks: Hands-on experience implementing Lean and Agile practices in projects.
