Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations on our construction sites in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Experience in construction management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site teams to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all health and safety policies are enforced on site.
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and report any issues.
• Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports on site activities.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new site personnel.
• Evaluate site performance and suggest improvements.
• Facilitate project meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within construction
