• Develop project proposals and scope of work documents.
• Implement innovative solutions to improve system performance.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national codes.
• Utilize CAD software to design electrical schematics.
• Perform simulations and modeling of electrical systems.
• Facilitate training sessions on electrical safety and standards.
• Regularly report project progress to management.
• Actively participate in team meetings and strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Electrical Systems Design
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Energy Management Solutions

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
