Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. An extensive understanding of the tech industry and strong communication skills are critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies to existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research to inform account strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques.
  • Document and manage client interactions in CRM.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • 5+ years of experience in sales with proven track record
