Job Description

Our team in Johannesburg is searching for a skilled Blockchain Developer. You will work on exciting projects to build and optimize smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps). Successful candidates will have experience in developing blockchain protocols, creating architecture for blockchain systems, and working with various blockchain platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure protocols for blockchain transactions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience for blockchain applications.
• Assess the technical feasibility of customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with blockchain implementation.
• Lead the development of new smart contract structures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing blockchain solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain technologies.

Technical Skills

• Hyperledger Fabric
• C++

Certifications

• Certified Blockchain Developer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Solidity: Hands-on experience developing smart contracts and DApps using Solidity.
• Knowledge of other blockchain frameworks: Familiarity with other leading blockchain frameworks, such as Polkadot or Cardano.
