Job Description

As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily operations within the production floor. You will ensure the efficient execution of processes, maintain quality standards, and lead a dedicated team in achieving production goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Create a motivational atmosphere for the team to achieve set targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Work towards continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures for the production department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding production performance.
• Lead safety initiatives to ensure a secure working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of leadership experience in production environments
