We are seeking a Commercial Green Building Architect to take the lead in the design and execution of sustainable commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of green building practices and experience managing construction processes that align with environmental sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainable design discussions and project meetings.
• Evaluate and select sustainable materials for projects.
• Mentor junior architects and design interns on best practices in sustainable architecture.
• Analyze building performance metrics to optimize designs for energy efficiency.
• Develop project timelines and budgets while maintaining high sustainability standards.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to educate stakeholders on sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Sustainable Design is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial architectural design and sustainable building practices.
