Job Description

Join our team as a Penetration Tester where you will lead initiatives to identify and fix security vulnerabilities. You will work closely with IT and development teams, providing risk assessments and strategies to mitigate potential cyber threats. Strong analytical and report writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead penetration testing engagements from start to finish.
• Analyze security vulnerabilities and develop innovative solutions.
• Provide expert insights during security incidents and when configuring defenses.
• Collaborate with third-party security vendors to enhance testing.
• Prepare and present findings to technical teams and management.
• Mentor junior staff in penetration testing techniques and methodologies.
• Assist in developing security policies and procedures for the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Security or equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP or CISSP are highly regarded

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience
