As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure effective daily operations at our Port Elizabeth facility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing shipping and receiving operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing best practices for warehouse management. Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse activities and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory reconciliations.
• Lead safety inspections to prevent workplace accidents.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.
• Prepare and manage reports on warehouse activities.
• Liaise with management regarding inventory issues and staffing.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and team leadership

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Forklift Operation

Soft Skills

• Team Management
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift certification: Certification demonstrating competency in forklift operation.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles: Understanding of logistics processes from sourcing to distribution.
