Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our vibrant team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. You will work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs, while also identifying trends and patterns to help guide decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Use data mining techniques to extract and analyze data from large data sets.
• Build and maintain databases and data systems.
• Generate and distribute data reports on a routine basis.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements through data analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in data analytics.
• Support the development of data governance policies and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics or related field
• Master's degree in Data Analytics or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or related field
