Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for lean manufacturing.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
• Spearhead initiatives for waste reduction across operations.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Assess and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Align engineering processes with corporate goals and objectives.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to operations.
• Engage team members in continuous improvement activities.
• Facilitate workshops to promote problem-solving techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline
• Professional engineering registration preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
